All attendees must adhere to the rules of conduct established by Viva Kizomba New Year.


Security Searches

Prior to entering the Viva Kizomba New Year, security personnel and/or the police are authorized to search attendees for unauthorized items and confiscate them if permission is granted or if there is suspicion under Article 27 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

If permission for a search is not granted, Viva Kizomba New Year, security personnel, and/or the police reserve the right to deny entry to the event.

Confiscated items will be returned after the event, if possible, unless they are legally prohibited.


Denial of Access

Viva Kizomba New Year reserve the right to deny entry to visitors at any time for security reasons.


Recording and Photography

Viva Kizomba New Year reserve the right to make video and/or audio recordings of the event.

By attending, attendees acknowledge and agree to this and waive any right to object to the use of their likeness in the publication or reproduction of these recordings.
