Important Information
- Free Name Change: Until May 30th, 2024, you can change the name on your reservation free of charge.
- Name Change Fee: After May 30th, 2024, a name change will incur a fee of 50€ per person.
- Refund Policy: You can request a refund without any reason until May 30th, 2024.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after May 30th, 2024.
- Limited Availability: Our hotel is currently 80% full, with only 600 rooms available this year due to ongoing renovations. We have decided not to open a second hotel as in previous years to focus on providing a higher quality experience.

Compliance with Rules
All attendees must adhere to the rules of conduct established by Viva Kizomba Congress Amsterdam and Hotel van der Valk Schiphol.
Security Searches
Prior to entering the Viva Kizomba Congress Amsterdam or Hotel van der Valk Schiphol, security personnel and/or the police are authorized to search attendees for unauthorized items and confiscate them if permission is granted or if there is suspicion under Article 27 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
If permission for a search is not granted, Viva Kizomba Congress Amsterdam, Hotel van der Valk Schiphol, security personnel, and/or the police reserve the right to deny entry to the event.
Confiscated items will be returned after the event, if possible, unless they are legally prohibited.
Denial of Access
Viva Kizomba Congress Amsterdam and Hotel van der Valk Schiphol reserve the right to deny entry to visitors at any time for security reasons.
Recording and Photography
Viva Kizomba Congress Amsterdam and Hotel van der Valk Schiphol reserve the right to make video and/or audio recordings of the event.
By attending, attendees acknowledge and agree to this and waive any right to object to the use of their likeness in the publication or reproduction of these recordings.
